Customs Brokerage & Trade Compliance
Our brokerage practice manages the release and accounting of goods with the Canada Border Services Agency, supporting clients through CARM (CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management) registration, tariff classification under the Customs Tariff, and origin determination under CUSMA. We administer participants' bonds, duty deferral and drawback programs, and maintain audit-ready records consistent with statutory retention requirements.
